- What's the best deal tracking software for a two- or three-person M&A team?
At two or three people the usual answer is a spreadsheet plus whatever CRM someone already had a login for, and it works until the person who built it is out sick. Avise gives a small team one deal record instead: a pipeline, a contact book and a data room that any of you can open without asking the one person who set it up.
- Does an analyst on a small deal team need separate software from the principal?
No. Avise is one flat price per firm, so the analyst who sends the NDA and the principal who reads the memo work in the same record with role-based access, rather than the analyst working in a spreadsheet the principal never opens.
