AVISE · A HOUSE FOR YOUR FIRM'S DEAL FLOW

§ 00 · PRODUCT

The small jobs, made concrete.

This page is in the order the work actually happens. The four things a deal team repeats every day come first. The record they fill in comes second. The reading of the numbers, the part every vendor in this market now advertises, comes third, because it is not what makes the week shorter.

§ 01 · EVERY DAY

Four jobs, several times a day, each one shorter.

No rollout, no migration, no training session. These are the jobs that fill the gaps between the interesting parts of a deal, and between them they are most of the week.

  1. 01JOB

    Send the NDA

FIVE TIMES ON A BUSY DAY

Your NDA sits on the deal rather than in one person’s downloads folder. Raise it as a document request against the counterparty, send the link, and the send is written to the deal activity timeline, so “who has signed what” is a glance, not a conversation.

The countersigned copy comes back into the same deal folder. Nobody keeps a private list of which broker is still outstanding, because the deal keeps it.

Draft it from one of your own verified templates, or paste a Google Doc URL and keep signing where you already sign. When the paper comes from their side instead, the inbound NDA is read against your playbook and the clauses that differ are the ones you are shown, so reviewing a broker’s draft is a check, not a re-read.

  2. 02JOB

    Share the teaser

WITHOUT BUYING A DATA ROOM FOR ONE PROCESS

A shareable link out of the deal’s own data room, scoped to the folder you meant and no further. PDFs and images preview in the browser, so a buyer reads the teaser without downloading it, and you hold a link instead of an email thread with a 15 MB attachment on it.

When forty files arrive at once from the other side, folder summaries tell you what landed before you open any of it.

  3. 03JOB

    Find the contact

    ONE BOOK, NOT THREE INBOXES

The contact book is the firm’s, not one person’s. Each contact carries a relationship score of 0–100 built from recency, frequency and how much of a deal they have actually been part of, banded cold, warm, active or strong, so “who do we know at that bank” has an answer that survives someone leaving.

Enrichment fills in what is missing, duplicate detection catches the same person arriving twice under two spellings, and the network view shows who connects to whom. CSV in and out. The book is yours to take.

  4. 04JOB

    Keep the follow-up

    THE ONE THAT USUALLY DROPS

Tasks carry due dates and hang off the deal rather than a private list. Deal team roles say whose it is. The activity timeline is what you read on a Monday morning instead of reconstructing the week from a thread.

This is the least impressive feature on the page and the one that decides whether a deal is still alive in three weeks.

§ 02 · THE DEAL RECORD

Doing the small jobs is what keeps the record current.

Sending the NDA, sharing the folder and closing the task are the acts that update the deal. There is no separate admin pass at the end of the week, which is the only way a record ever stays true.

§ 03 · READING THE NUMBERS

Every figure carries the page it came from.

Three layers read the document: one for layout and tables, one for text, and one for anything scanned. A verification pass then cross-checks each extracted value against the source text, and a self-correcting loop retries up to three times when the check fails. An agent log records each step.

WHEN DOCUMENTS DISAGREE

Upload the CIM, the model, the tax returns and the raw workbooks together. Excel tabs are scored for relevance so junk sheets are skipped, and where two documents carry the same figure differently, Avise detects the overlap and asks you to resolve it rather than picking one silently.

We do not claim the reading is always right. We claim that anything which does not reconcile is put in front of you with the page reference attached. You confirm. The software does not decide.

§ 04 · WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

The things we would rather you heard from us.

A demo that oversells costs both sides four weeks. Here is what Avise is not, so you can rule it out now if one of these is the thing you actually need.

It does not find the companies for you

There is no company database inside Avise and it will not generate leads out of nowhere. What it does is organise the outreach and the deal flow that produce deals (who you approached, what went out, what came back, what you learned) and then get you through them faster.

So the list of companies is yours to build. Everything after that first contact is what this is for. If finding the companies is the job you need done, this is the wrong tool and we would rather say so on the website than on the fourth call.

It does not sign the document

Sending an NDA here means raising the request, sharing the file and logging what happened against the counterparty. Signature itself still happens wherever your firm signs today; the executed copy comes back to the deal folder.

It does not decide

We do not publish an accuracy percentage, because the number that matters to a deal team is whether anything odd was put in front of them. Extraction is checked against the source text and anything that fails the check is flagged with its page reference for a person to confirm.

It does not run on your own infrastructure

There is no on-premise or bring-your-own-cloud deployment today. Everything runs in the United States. If your mandate requires data in a particular jurisdiction or on your own infrastructure, tell us on the call. We will give you a straight answer rather than a roadmap.

ON THE FIGURES SHOWN ON THIS SITE

Every number in the panel above is invented for the drawing. Nothing on this site is a customer figure, a case study or a performance claim. When we have results that belong to somebody else, we will ask them first and name them when they say yes.

§ 05 · NEXT

Run one live deal through it.

Bring a deal you are working on now: the scanned pages, the inconsistent tabs, the broker who has not come back to you. Thirty minutes is enough to see whether the small jobs get shorter.
